Role and enquiry. Yuyin Mingjun International Limited is a Hong Kong trading company. For agreed buy-and-sell orders, we contract with the buyer and purchase from the selected supplier. An enquiry does not place an order.
Quotation and samples. Agree specifications, quantity, currency, quotation validity and included or excluded charges in writing. Sample, courier, tooling and customisation fees, approval criteria and any refund or credit arrangements must be agreed before the relevant work begins.
Payment. Payment methods, milestones and order acceptance are confirmed in writing for each order. Do not pay solely on the basis of a website enquiry. Independently verify any beneficiary or bank-account change through a previously established contact channel.
Quality and delivery. Before ordering, agree inspection criteria, required certificates or test reports and responsibility for destination-market compliance. Suitability must be verified for the specific product and destination. Confirm delivery location, applicable trade term and version, estimated schedule, transport, insurance, customs clearance and allocation of duties and taxes.
Changes and problems. Contact sales@yuyinmingjun.com promptly with the order reference and evidence of delays, shortages, damage or product concerns. Claims, remedies and cancellation follow the agreed contract and applicable law.
Written agreement. This page explains the process; it is not a quotation, payment instruction or standalone sales contract. Specific obligations are governed by the written agreement, subject to mandatory law. Mandatory rights are not excluded.

Función y consulta. Yuyin Mingjun International Limited es una empresa comercial de Hong Kong. En las operaciones de compraventa acordadas, contratamos con el comprador y compramos al proveedor seleccionado. Una consulta no constituye un pedido.

Information and use. You may voluntarily provide your name, company, business contact details and purchasing requirements. We use these to respond, assess sourcing feasibility, obtain quotations, coordinate samples, fulfil agreed orders and keep necessary business records. Missing relevant information may prevent assessment or quotation. Initial enquiries do not require identity documents or bank-card details.
Necessary sharing. Relevant information may be shared with potential manufacturers and agreed inspection or logistics providers, and processed by website, email and messaging providers. We aim to remove unnecessary personal identifiers from supplier briefs and limit disclosure to what is needed. We do not sell enquiry contact details. Enquiring does not subscribe you to promotional campaigns.
International handling. Sourcing may involve processing in Hong Kong, mainland China and countries where relevant service providers operate. Email and WhatsApp apply their own privacy terms. Opening a contact link does not itself send an enquiry; you choose what to send.
Confidential material. Before sending core technical drawings, proprietary designs or third-party confidential material, agree appropriate handling and confidentiality arrangements with us.
